Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MStation ("the Service"), provided at mstation.co. By creating an MStation account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MStation is software for brand owners. It connects to the accounts you choose to publish your posts and videos, gather the comments and messages you receive, draft replies, and report how each post did.

If you connect YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We don't store your platform-side passwords — we use OAuth for all platform connections.
• You can connect Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms you own or have authorization to manage. You confirm you have the right to connect each account.

3. Data roles

For data we process on your behalf — your customers' DMs, comments, mentions, and other communication — you are the data controller and MStation is the data processor. We process this data only as instructed by you (the brand owner who connected the account) and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

4. AI-drafted content

MStation drafts replies, posts and captions with third-party AI models. These drafts are suggestions only — every outbound message, post, or reply requires your explicit approval and Send/Publish action. MStation will never auto-send, auto-post, or auto-publish anything without your explicit action. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before sending it on your behalf.

5. Meta Platform Policies

When you connect Instagram or Facebook to MStation, your use of the Service via those platforms is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms (developers.facebook.com/terms), Instagram Platform Policy, and Community Standards. You agree not to use MStation to:

• Send spam, harass other users, or violate Meta's Community Standards.
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense Meta-sourced data to any third party.
• Use any Meta data for purposes other than direct interaction with your brand's audience within MStation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Meta's services beyond what the official APIs return.

6. Disconnection and account closure

You can disconnect any platform from /integrations at any time. You can delete your entire MStation account from /settings/account; all your data is removed within 7 days. Revoking MStation's access from your Instagram side (IG Settings → Apps and Websites) triggers our deauthorization callback and immediately marks your account inactive on our side.

7. Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep MStation up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We'll communicate material changes in-app.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MStation is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
